At Jetson, safety is a cornerstone of our mission to make personal flight accessible and exhilarating, without compromise. That’s why we are proud to introduce a major milestone in our journey: the Jetson Airframe Parachute System.
As you know, our test pilots fly close to the ground, not just for dramatic effect, but for a very practical reason. Until recently, the Jetson ONE didn’t have an airframe parachute system. Developing a last-resort safety mechanism that met our rigorous standards required patience, precision, and plenty of trial and error.
The Jetson Parachute System is the result of multiple design iterations and more than 20 successful test deployments. It’s built to be a backup, an additional layer of safety when it matters most. The system can be activated by the pilot in a split second, providing critical protection in emergency scenarios.
Here is a video from one of many successful parachute tests: Emergency Personal Flying Vehicle Parachute Deploy #futuretech #parachute #JetsonONE
Watching it is a reminder of the incredible engineering effort behind the scenes, and of how much closer we are to making personal aviation a part of everyday life.
And one last detail we couldn’t resist: the parachute’s color palette is a tribute to our Polish heritage, a small detail, but one we’re proud to carry with us into the skies.
